My Current Workout Playlist

When I go to the gym, I spend the majority of my time doing high energy, fast paced cardio. The ONLY way that I get through these workouts is with my music…. I swear, there’s just something about hearing the machines grinding that makes exercising a bajillion times harder! I’m surprised that I’m not deaf because of the volume level of my music; I seriously blast it like there’s no tomorrow. I believe that a bomb playlist is key to a successful sweat sesh. Good music definitely helps to get those endorphins flowing! Below is my current favorite playlist for the gym:
